Because AuraConvert provides digital tools and web application services accessible directly online, access to utilities or purchased digital products is granted immediately upon order completion or transaction authorization.
3. Refund Eligibility & Resolution
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. You are eligible to request a full refund under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were billed more than once for a single transaction or contribution due to technical issues.
- Technical Non-Delivery: If a paid digital product or feature failed to function or could not be delivered due to system errors.
- 7-Day Window: Refund claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
