1. Scope of Service & Ownership
This website is owned and operated by Kundan. AuraConvert provides a decentralized, serverless file editing suite. All conversions, resizing, upscaling, cropping, and audio extractions occur inside your local browser thread using WebAssembly.
By using this website, you acknowledge that we do not host, store, or have access to any files you process. AuraConvert has zero capability to review your data inputs or recover lost documents.
2. Licensing & Open Source
AuraConvert is open-source software distributed under the permissive MIT License. You are granted a free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute these client-side scripts for personal or commercial document operations.
Third-party compiled scripts (like PDF-Lib.js, JSZip, and PDF.js) remain under their respective developer licenses. We provide attributions to these libraries in our license information panel.
3. User Data Ownership & Responsibility
Because all file inputs are read and output bytes are generated locally in your system memory, you retain 100% ownership and sole liability for the document formats uploaded and the compiled assets created.
4. Disclaimers & Warranties
AuraConvert is provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind. Tool performance, speed, and capability depend entirely on your browser configuration, available hardware RAM, and browser memory quotas.
We shall not be liable for any system out-of-memory errors, browser tab crashes, or file compilation errors resulting from tool operations.
5. Agreement Updates
These terms are governed by the MIT License bounds. We reserve the right to modify pages or layout grids at any time without notifying users, since we operate without subscriber database lists or tracking systems.
